Tuina Massage

The philosophy and principles of tuina massage are based on traditional Chinese medicine, which focuses on emotional and physical components of a person’s well-being, as well as aspects such as climate, relationships, and diet. The underlying philosophy of tuina massage is that true health is achieved when one has found harmony and balance inside the self and their environment.

Guasha Therapy

Gua sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation. This ancient Chinese healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, addressing issues like chronic pain.

Osteopathy

The target of bone setting is mainly the injury of bone, joint and soft tissue caused by external force, but also includes the injury of internal organs caused by similar reasons. The word "zheng" is used here as a gerund. That is, a science and technology for rectifying limb deformation and restoring position due to bone and joint injury

Trigger Point Therapy
